Operator and founder with 20 years across trucking, freight, logistics, and waste services. He built and scaled a technology-enabled waste services company serving customers from Fortune 100 enterprises to regional operators before founding Axis Waste Management.
Nicole Drummer, Procurement
Procurement and vendor relations specialist supporting carrier sourcing, RFP management, and rate negotiation across Axis Waste Management’s national network. Nicole manages relationships with carrier partners, coordinates competitive bid processes, and leads the review and challenge of carrier-initiated rate increases.
Stuart Mills, Staff Analyst
Focused on invoice auditing, contract review, and billing reconciliation across multi-location waste programs. Stuart monitors service agreements, identifies unauthorized charges, and tracks cost variances across carrier invoices to ensure clients are billed accurately and at contracted rates.
